SPN 21: The expectations and ........

The new education system SPN21 is well in progress with schools and educatonal institutions implementing the objectives and the expectations from all the stake holders are high. Is it ripe to do a case study on the progress so far when the MOE is still in the midst of doing their rounds and gathering feedback from institutions. Please comment on this.
